On 6 March 2026 at around 8:08 pm, I deposited ₹500 from my FamPay app account to my BDG game account. The amount was debited from FamPay, but it has still not been added to my BDG game wallet. The transaction reference for this payment is u220617882, and I have already been waiting for 5 hours without the amount reflecting in my game wallet. I contacted BDG game support about this missing deposit, but I have not received any response from them. My money is stuck even though the payment was completed from FamPay’s side. I request that this issue be checked urgently and that the ₹500 be credited to my BDG game wallet immediately, as I need this amount in my game wallet now, or that you coordinate with BDG to resolve the problem without any further delay.
