BDG Game Not Paying Out – Withdrawal Stuck and History Deleted

I have been using the BDG Game Android app and attempted to withdraw my winnings of approximately ₹9,000 to my Yes Bank account on November 11, 2025. Since then, I have been trying to complete the withdrawal for nearly three months, but the money has still not been credited to my bank account.
During this time, I noticed that the withdrawal history in my PDG Game account was deleted, while the rest of my account data remains visible. Because the withdrawal history has been removed, I am unable to properly verify my withdrawal attempts within the app.
There is effectively no customer support available in the app, and despite multiple attempts, I have not been able to reach anyone who could assist or respond to my issue. Additionally, my Yes Bank account has now been closed, so I am no longer able to receive any payment there.
For this reason, I request that my pending amount of approximately ₹9,000 be returned to my PDG Game UID/wallet balance. Once the balance is restored in my BDG Game account, I intend to add a different bank account and withdraw my funds safely to that account without any further delay.
