On February 19, 2026, I made an in-game deposit of ₹30,000 in BDG Game via UPI using Paytm. The payment was successfully debited from my Paytm account, and the transaction shows as completed with UTR number 200458658830. However, in BDG Game the deposit remains stuck in “pending” status, and the amount has not been credited to my game account.
Since the payment clearly went through on Paytm’s side but the deposit is still pending in the game, I am experiencing financial loss and cannot use the funds I paid. I have not received any clarification from the game regarding this issue.
I request that this matter be investigated urgently and that a full refund of ₹30,000 be processed back to my Paytm account linked to this UPI transaction if the deposit cannot be credited immediately. I expect clear confirmation and a prompt resolution.
