BDG Game Shows Withdrawal as Completed but ₹110,101 Never Reached My Bank

I am writing regarding an issue I experienced with a withdrawal on the BDG Game platform. On January 28, 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request from my Win Go wallet balance for an amount of ₹110,101 to be credited to my SBI bank account. The withdrawal status in the game is shown as “completed,” but the funds have not been credited to my bank account.
This transaction was made through my BDG Game account registered with the mobile number 7655080137. Even though the withdrawal is marked as successful in the system, there is still no credit in my bank account, which has caused me serious concern about the safety of my funds.
I have attempted to contact BDG Game customer support, but I have not received any response so far. I request that this transaction be urgently reviewed and that the amount of ₹110,101 be credited to my SBI bank account as soon as possible, or that an immediate and clear resolution be provided.
