BDG Game Support Refuses to Credit Verified UPI Transactions

I am using the BDG Game app, and on 05/02/2026, I deposited a total of ₹3,100 into the app through UPI using PhonePe. One deposit was of ₹2,000, and another was of ₹1,100. My BDG Game account is registered with the email address dr.sachinkumar***@gmail.com and mobile number 92593076**. Since 5 February 2026, these deposits have neither been credited to my BDG wallet nor returned to my PhonePe/UPI. I have raised complaints in the app many times and have submitted all the videos and proofs they asked for, including transaction details, UPI reference information, and screen recordings from my bank app and PhonePe. Despite providing all this, BDG support keeps saying that they have not received the funds yet, and they still refuse to credit the amount. I am requesting that the total amount of ₹3,100 (₹2,000 + ₹1,100) be immediately added to my BDG wallet linked with my above email and mobile number, or the issue be resolved without any further delay, as this money has been stuck for several days despite my repeated cooperation and submission of proofs.
My ₹2000 deposit has still not been cleared. Please resolve it.
