BDG Game Withdrawal Not Received After Bank Transfer Request

I am a BDG Game user playing on a Redmi 13C 5G device, and my game ID is 4088126. On February 14, 2026, I created a bank transfer withdrawal request with the order number WD2026021402063326961518c. However, the money has still not been credited to my bank account.

Because of this issue, I have suffered a significant financial loss, and my total loss on BDG Game has reached around ₹5 lakh, which has caused serious problems in my personal life.

I attempted to contact BDG customer support, but I did not receive any proper assistance or solution regarding this matter.

I request that BDG Game urgently review my withdrawal request with order number WD2026021402063326961518c and either credit the full amount to my bank account immediately or return the funds to my BDG Game wallet.

I also request that my account and transaction history be thoroughly reviewed, and that I receive a clear explanation and a permanent solution so that I do not encounter this problem again in the future.
