BC Game 5000 INR UPI Deposit Missing Over 30 Days - Ticket Unresolved

On 30 October, I made a fiat deposit of 5,000 INR to my BC Game account via UPI. Although the amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, it has still not been credited to my BC Game balance. After noticing this, I contacted BC Game support and was asked to provide proof, including my bank statement and screenshots. I uploaded all the requested documents, and my support request was registered under ticket ID 9367293, which has been showing as “under review” ever since. It has now been more than 30 days, and there has been no resolution or clear update, while my money remains stuck. I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either crediting the 5,000 INR to my BC Game account balance or refunding the same amount back to my bank account as soon as possible.
