BC.Game Support Not Resolving Missing ₹500 Payment

On February 22, 2026, at approximately 06:08:04, I made a payment of ₹500 to my BC.Game account using PhonePe. The transaction was successful on PhonePe’s side, and the transaction/UTR ID is T2602221808351830378245, made from PhonePe number 8774223609**.
However, this amount has still not been credited to my BC.Game account. In PhonePe, the transaction status shows as processed/successful, but on BC.Game, the amount is not reflected in my balance and appears to be stuck in processing.
I have contacted customer support and explained that the funds have not reached my game account, but the issue remains unresolved. I request that the ₹500 be credited to my BC.Game account immediately without further delay. I also ask to be clearly informed when this amount will be credited, since the payment has already been debited from my PhonePe account and I have not received the corresponding balance.
