However, this amount has still not been credited to my BC.Game account. In PhonePe, the transaction status shows as processed/successful, but on BC.Game, the amount is not reflected in my balance and appears to be stuck in processing.
I have contacted customer support and explained that the funds have not reached my game account, but the issue remains unresolved. I request that the ₹500 be credited to my BC.Game account immediately without further delay.
