BC.Game Fails to Credit Deposit After Successful Paytm UPI Payment

I deposited ₹600 into my BC.Game account on January 31, 2026, at approximately 4:33 PM using Paytm UPI. The payment was successfully completed on Paytm’s end and was paid to the merchant, but the funds have still not been credited to my BC.Game balance. My BC.Game username is “Manasdebbarma,” and my user ID is 101541956. On the same day, January 31, 2026, at around 4:18 PM, I opened a support ticket with BC.Game and attached both the successful payment receipt and a video as proof. My ticket number is 9759394. Despite clearly providing this evidence, the only response I continue to receive is a generic message stating that the ticket is still under review, that the merchant has not yet received the payment, and that I should wait. Since the amount has already been debited from my Paytm UPI account and has not been credited to my BC.Game account for a significant period of time, I am extremely disappointed with this situation. I request that my payment be properly traced and either immediately credited to my BC.Game account or refunded to my original payment method without further delay, and that I be clearly informed of the outcome of this investigation.
