BC.Game Deposit Missing After Successful Upi Payment Via Paytm

On 11/02/2026, I deposited ₹2030 to my BC Game account via UPI using Paytm, but the amount has still not been credited to my BC Game balance even though more than two days have passed. The UPI transaction ID/reference number for this payment is 397060624677, and my BC Game account is registered with the email address [email protected]. After I saw that the deposit did not appear in my BC Game balance, I contacted Paytm and my bank. They confirmed that the payment was successfully completed and credited to the merchant’s account, which clearly shows that the amount has reached BC Game but has not been reflected in my game account. I also contacted BC Game customer support and opened a ticket about this issue, but the ticket has been pending for a long time and I have not received any proper resolution or refund. This is not the first time I have faced a deposit issue with BC Game, which makes the situation even more worrying and disappointing. I request that my deposit be immediately credited to my BC Game account without any further delay, and I expect a clear explanation for why this has happened and why the support ticket has remained unresolved for so long.
