I deposited ₹800 into my BC Game gaming account via Paytm using UPI on the 24th of this month, but the funds have yet to appear in my account. I received the transaction reference number from Paytm, which is 696131450559. Following my inquiry, Paytm customer service confirmed on the 26th of this month that the payment was indeed successfully received by the merchant. Even with this confirmation, BC Game has yet to credit the ₹800 to my gaming account or issue a refund, and I have not received any satisfactory update or resolution. I urge you to investigate this transaction as a priority. Please ensure that my missing ₹800 is either credited to my BC Game account promptly or refunded to my original payment method.
