I am writing regarding a deposit issue with my BC.Game account that has still not been credited.
On January 31, 2026, I deposited ₹5,000 via UPI using the Paytm application. The transaction was successfully completed on Paytm, and the UPI/transaction reference number is 698416917290. However, the funds have not appeared in my BC.Game balance.
After realizing that the amount was not credited, I contacted BC.Game support about the missing ₹5,000 deposit. Unfortunately, I have not received any response so far.
This situation is very concerning because the money has been deducted from my Paytm account but is neither visible nor usable on BC.Game.
I respectfully request that the ₹5,000 be credited to my BC.Game account immediately or that you provide a clear and prompt resolution to prevent any financial loss resulting from this failed deposit.
