BC.Game Account Compromise, KYC Errors and Locked Funds - Review Requested

I have been experiencing a serious problem with my BC.Game account since 10 November 2025 and still cannot recover my account or access my balance of over 2,000. On 11 November 2025 at 01:27 I received an email that the email address on my account was changed from my own email, sherift***@gmail.com, to widal78***@fandoe.com. I did not make this change, so my account was clearly compromised. I immediately contacted BC.Game live support and asked them to block my account to protect my funds. My account had already been fully verified with my ID scanned front and back and matched with a selfie as part of KYC. Later, my account started showing that verification was required again, even though I had already completed KYC and received an approval email that said “Your KYC verification has been approved – Hello Wnnzgcagjqac.” This already shows that the system did not correctly read my real name, which on my ID is in Arabic as شريف (Sherif), not “Wnnzgcagjqac.” Support first sent an automatic email asking many questions about my username, email, phone number, currency, transactions, IP and devices, plus screenshots from my wallet and bank and copies of my ID. I fully cooperated and provided all requested information and documents. Afterwards, they sent another email asking for the last three digits of the ID used for KYC and claimed the numbers I gave were incorrect, even though my ID was never typed manually by me but scanned by their KYC system, and my ID number and name are in Arabic. I explained that they should still have the original ID images from my first verification, that I am using the same ID, and that I am ready to provide any additional proof. Since then, for about 40 days, all my follow‑up emails and my new ID copies have been completely ignored, while my account remains blocked and my funds are inaccessible, even though my mobile is still linked to the account. I request that Bc.game urgently review my case, correctly verify my identity using the documents and scans they already have and the new ones I have sent, restore my account under my correct details, and give me full access to my balance of over 2,000 without further delay.

Adding to all of the above, all of my logins on BC.Game were from Egypt, but the scammer who hacked my account is from Thailand.
