Let Me Have A Fair Statement Before Locking Up My BC.Game Account

I have been playing as a regular customer on BC Gaming’s casino games and had never experienced any issues with my account until recently. On December 18, 2025, I was logged in and playing normally between around 9 p.m. and midnight. After that session, when I tried to log back into my account, I started receiving a “Temporarily Unavailable” message and have been unable to access my account since then. I contacted BC Gaming customer support to ask why I could no longer log in, and I was informed that my account was restricted, without any clear or detailed explanation. I asked for the reason, but I still have not been given a proper answer. At the same time, I received an email stating that my account KYC was approved and verified, which makes this restriction even more confusing and inconsistent. As a customer who has been depositing and playing on your platform, I find it unfair that my account is suddenly restricted without a transparent reason, especially after my KYC has been approved. I kindly request that my account be fully restored so that I can regain complete access, or that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation for the restriction and a prompt resolution to this situation.
