I am a user from India on BC.Game, and my game ID is 62679473. My KYC verification has been stuck in “Pending Review” status for a long time, even though I submitted all the required documents earlier. Because my KYC has not been approved and due to other unresolved issues on the platform, I have been unable to receive my withdrawals.
I attempted to withdraw a total of ₹50,000. Only about ₹30,000 was returned to my account, while approximately ₹20,000 is marked as “withdrawal successful” in the system but never reached me. In addition, another ₹28,000 withdrawal shows the same status—successful in the system, yet the funds were never received. As a result, a significant amount of my money is still missing despite the withdrawals being shown as completed.
I have contacted BC.Game support many times regarding this issue. Each time, I am only told to “please wait some time,” without any clear explanation, solution, or timeframe. There has been no proper response, no refund, and no meaningful progress, which makes me feel that I am being treated very unfairly.
I request that BC.Game urgently review and approve my pending KYC, thoroughly investigate all of my missing withdrawal transactions, and credit the full pending amounts either back to my account or to my original payment method without any further delay. I also demand a clear, written explanation of what went wrong with these withdrawals.
