Every time I visit the Bauhaus store in Bursa, I can never find anyone to assist me in the wood-cutting section. Today, I faced the same problem again. Even though it was 6:00 PM, there was still no one available to help. When I asked when someone would attend to me, I received a ridiculous and absurd response: they said there was only one person working at the cutting section, and they had just gone on a break, and it would take 45 minutes before they could help me. Not a single person bothered to provide any information or assistance! I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism even in much smaller stores. This is beyond frustrating!
