Unacceptable Delivery Delays and Poor Customer Service by Bauhaus

The item that was handed over to the shipping company for delivery on June 9 has still not been delivered after a full week. Every day, the delivery date on the courier company's tracking page is updated, but the promised date is never honored. Despite our repeated calls, neither the shipping company nor Bauhaus has provided any solution or response — instead, we are continuously being stalled. It is evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. The messages we receive are filled with inaccurate information and clear stalling tactics. Bauhaus customer service insists that we continue to wait, rather than following up with their affiliated shipping partner to actually resolve the issue. Even though we’ve clearly stated that the delivery date has now been changed four times, and that it is not being met, we are still told to wait instead of being helped. The customer service experience has been disrespectful and dismissive. We have sent multiple emails, yet there has been no action taken, no resolution provided, and no proper response to the issue. The only reply we receive is that “the issue has been forwarded to the relevant department.” Even our request for a refund has gone unanswered. I deeply regret shopping with Bauhaus. Compared to other online shopping platforms, it is definitely not a company to be trusted or recommended. My Most Recent Message to Bauhaus: Thank you for calling, but once again I’m being told to wait just because the delivery date currently shows as “today” on the tracking page. Let me emphasize this again, clearly: “The delivery date shown on the KolayGelsin website is being updated every day the package is not delivered. After midnight, the system simply replaces it with the same-day delivery promise. I’ve been tracking this since Thursday, and the same thing happens every single day. I refuse to be manipulated by this endless delay tactic.” Please contact the courier company directly and inform me of the exact delivery date. Otherwise, cancel my order and refund my payment immediately. Let me be absolutely clear again: I do not want to wait indefinitely with no clear outcome. Every day the delivery is delayed, I suffer business losses due to missing materials. I expect immediate action and a concrete resolution.
