Bauhaus Left My Heavy Lavatories Outside and Refused to Bring Them Into My Home
Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to share my unfortunate experience regarding a recent purchase of two lavatories from your Bauhaus store in Bursa, Turkey. When the delivery staff arrived, they left the lavatories in front of their vehicle, refusing to carry them into my residence and informing me that I was responsible for moving them myself. As a 59-year-old with a 52-year-old wife, we found it incredibly difficult to manage such heavy items. I even had to remove parts from the lavatories to make them lighter, but it hardly helped. The store staff member, Ö***, had informed us that delivery would cost ₺750, but she did not mention any additional charge for carrying the goods inside. We assumed that delivery included transporting and placing the items in our property, so this lack of clear communication left us shocked and disappointed. I expected a well-established company like Bauhaus to provide customers with complete and accurate information, and I would not want other customers to go through the same experience. I am sharing this feedback for your awareness.
