Damaged Items from Bath & Body Works Online Orders, Not Fit for Collection

I don't understand if Bath & Body Works is sending products that aren't sold in-store or left in the warehouse for online orders. Every time I order online, the packaging arrives damaged. I purchase these items for my collection, and even if they were for normal use, it’s really frustrating that such issues aren’t addressed before shipping them to customers. The fact that damaged items are sent without any care is disappointing. Bath & Body Works should ensure that the products sent from their online store are in perfect condition, especially for those who value quality in their purchases. Please resolve this issue and improve the care taken with online orders.
