I keep calling, and they keep saying 'it's been shipped,' but it's been 9 days. Bring me my order now, or I will take this matter to the authorities. What kind of irresponsibility is this? I didn't even buy it on sale; I paid full price for a body spray. They keep saying 'it's been shipped,' but it still hasn't arrived. I ask, 'Where is my package?'
