Bath & Body Works Body Mist Caused Allergy and Poor Customer Support

I recently purchased two body mists from Bath & Body Works, but unfortunately, one of them caused a severe allergic reaction on my skin wherever I applied it. I reached out to their customer service, expecting a solution that would address my issue without hassle. However, instead of focusing on a proper resolution, they suggested a refund or product return, which wasn’t what I initially wanted. I was disappointed with their lack of concern and unwillingness to provide a customer-focused solution. This experience has truly soured my view of Bath & Body Works, and I won’t be shopping there again, nor will I recommend it to others. I expected much better from such a reputable brand.
