CF MOTO NK250 2020 Model Held Hostage at Service Center

Following an accident on 02.06.2023, my CF MOTO NK250 2020, bearing the plate 27APD556, suffered damage to the front wheel axle, front two shocks, fairing, and front light. On 20.06.2023, I transported my motorcycle to your OKKAS GALIP AS - AS MOTOR service in Gaziantep. Despite weekly visits since then, I've been informed that no appraiser has arrived, some parts are still missing, and there is a lack of agreement with the appraiser.

Shockingly, during my visit on 06.01.2024, I learned that the responsible person, Halil İbrahim As, argued with another distressed individual (like me) and was subsequently arrested. To my dismay, I found out that, even after 210 days, a damage file for my motorcycle hadn't been initiated.

My motorcycle has been sitting untouched in your service for 210 days, collecting dust. I urgently request the resolution of my grievance. Failure to address this promptly will compel me to take legal action against CF MOTO and AS MOTOR service.

"Thank you for your interest. The response was very quick. The reason for my 3-month wait was, of course, the negligence of the service. Despite my motorcycle being a 2023 model, it was entered as a 2022 chassis, and the order was suspended because it did not match. Even though a 2023 chassis exhaust was requested, I was made to wait for 3 months for no reason. I was told by the authorities that my grievance would be resolved within this week. I thank them again."
