Axa Insurance Denies My Surgery
Axa Insurance has been refusing to approve my surgery for the past week, citing non-existent reports from 10 years ago in my e-nabiz (personal health record). When I call their customer service, all they say is that that department will contact me, but I never hear anything else. It's extremely frustrating because no one from the relevant department ever contacts me. To compound matters, they have now requested a report from 2015, which is nowhere to be found. Even after submitting a screenshot from e-devlet (the government portal) demonstrating the absence of such a report, there has been no resolution. Axa's delays are preventing me from receiving the necessary surgery, leaving me distressed and helpless. I urgently request that Axa Insurance address this issue as soon as possible, taking into account my pressing medical needs, and provide a concrete solution.
