AXA Rejected My Complementary Insurance Claim After Heart Attack

My complementary AXA insurance with policy number 7644295 was issued on 10.06.2025, and on 21.06.2025 I unexpectedly suffered a heart attack and was taken to the hospital, where I wanted to undergo the treatment planned by my doctor. However, at that time I was informed that due to the three-month waiting period for inpatient treatments, surgical procedures could not be performed. After the three-month waiting period had passed, my authorization request was rejected on the grounds that this illness could not have developed within 11 days. Yet, I have never had any previous complaints, records, or doctor’s reports related to the heart. A rejection decision based on assumptions is not a reasonable response for me. I kindly request that my authorization request be reconsidered and approved, otherwise I will file my complaint with all relevant authorities.

Which finding or information is on the E-Nabız system, or which medications have I used? You are making up findings as you please and trying not to approve, and you cannot provide the document for the approval you rejected. When issuing a policy, then you should have a full check-up done at a fully equipped hospital and issue the policy that way. You are inventing findings as you wish and denying the validity of the policy with arbitrary solutions like 'it might have happened before,' even though it’s not true. Even the doctors say I am right, and I will file a complaint against you with the necessary authorities and claim the surgery expenses from you.
