For years, I've had private health insurance through Axa Insurance, hoping that it would help my family's health problems. The company, however, only covers minor illnesses such as colds and dental cleanings. I recently discovered I have a nasal deviation, and after seeking medical advice due to breathing difficulties, the doctor diagnosed nasal concha fractures and nasal septum narrowing, indicating the need for surgery. Axa Insurance refused coverage, citing a pre-existing condition. They have no evidence of when the fracture occurred, so I must prove its existence, which I am unaware of. The nasal issues appear to be overlooked by the insurance provider. Axa's actions and decisions have made me doubt their credibility, and I have no choice but to avoid their services. I intend to switch my home and auto insurance policies from this company when their policies expire. Axa Insurance fails to meet its commitments.
