AXA Insurance Rejection for A Life-Saving Surgery
I have been paying for Axa Supplementary Health Insurance for 3 years, but when I finally needed it for a serious, life-threatening condition, they rejected my claim. My doctor confirmed that one side of my nose is 90% blocked, causing shortness of breath and constant fatigue, which could lead to heart failure and other organ damage if untreated. The only solution is surgery to remove the tissue. Axa refused to cover it, claiming it’s “outside the policy,” even though this is exactly what health insurance is supposed to be for. So far, every approved claim has cost them less than what I paid in premiums — but now, when the cost is higher, they just find excuses. Apparently, they only want to pay for minor issues while collecting money for years. Axa’s so-called “supplementary health insurance” is useless when you actually need real medical support. If you’re thinking about buying it, think twice — or you might end up paying out of pocket anyway.

Hello, I spoke with my insurance agent. You informed them that the reason for rejection was that the hospital applied to the insurance company without specifying the procedure code. Which one is correct? Is it not covered, or is it incomplete information from the hospital? I hope you are aware of each other's actions?! You are doing a serious job related to health, but no one is giving a correct answer!
