My order included Sinoz body scrub, Dove shower foam, shower soaps, cologne, pads, and makeup. My delivery address was the Adıyaman Park AVM Gratis store. After the cancellation, I contacted Gratis customer service and was told a coupon would be issued to cover my losses, but no coupon was issued, and this solution does not fully compensate me for the inconvenience I have experienced. Furthermore, the ₺559 payment has not yet been refunded. I have encountered a similar issue before. I request that the items in my order be reshipped, or at least a coupon and gift in an amount sufficient to cover the loss. I request that this inconvenience be resolved as soon as possible.
I experienced a serious issue using a gift voucher at the Adıyaman Merkez Park AVM Gratis store.
