I rented a car through Avis at Batumi Airport for the period of June 18–20. Since returning the vehicle, I’ve been trying to obtain an invoice for the rental, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating.
I first contacted the customer service line at 444 28 47, and because it was an international rental, I was told that my contact information would be taken and that someone would get back to me. Eventually, I was informed that I needed to send my invoice request to [email protected]*.
I did exactly that—three times. I also tried calling multiple times, yet I’ve received no response, no confirmation, and no explanation. It’s been over 18 days since I returned the car, and still no one from Avis has addressed my request.
This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable, especially from a company that promotes itself as a global leader in car rentals. A simple invoice should not take weeks to process—especially after multiple follow-ups from the customer.
Avis, I expect an immediate response and the delivery of my rental invoice without further delay. Based on this experience, I will seriously reconsider using your services again in the future.
