Avis Tbilisi Has Not Refunded My Deposit Weeks After Rental Return and Ignores Emails

On April 26, 2025, we rented a vehicle from Avis in Tbilisi, Georgia, under the name M*** Çelik**. We returned the car on time and in perfect condition, with no damage or issues. Despite fulfilling all requirements, we have still not received our deposit refund.

We’ve already attempted to reach out via email multiple times, but we’ve been met with complete silence. This lack of communication has only added to our frustration and made the situation feel even more unprofessional.

At this point, we are dealing with two major problems: the unjustified delay in the return of our deposit and the lack of any response or support from your team. This has caused significant inconvenience and eroded our trust in Avis as a brand.

We respectfully demand that the deposit be refunded immediately and that proper communication be established without further delay. If this issue is not resolved promptly, we will have no choice but to pursue legal action to recover the amount owed.

Avis, we expected professionalism and transparency—not to be ignored after honoring our end of the agreement. Please handle this matter urgently.
