Avis Has Not Released My $582.25 Rental Car Deposit

I rented a Renault Captur from the Avis office at Podgorica Airport from June 8 through June 12. During the rental process, a $582.25 deposit was charged to my VakıfBank credit card. The transaction has remained pending since June 8.

Although I completed the rental without any problems, 21 days have passed, and the deposit has neither been refunded nor released from the pending authorization. My credit card transactions also show no refund related to this amount.

I am requesting that the $582.25 deposit be returned to my credit card without further delay. I also expect Avis to provide a clear explanation of why the process has taken so long.
