Sixt Podgorica Airport Keeps €500 Deposit After Trouble-Free Return

From October 10 to 13, 2025, I rented a Renault from Sixt at Podgorica Airport under reservation number 9520849581. A €500 deposit was collected at the time of rental. Despite returning the car without any issues, the deposit has still not been returned to my account.
When I contacted Sixt customer service about this, they told me they were unable to assist with international rentals and offered no help whatsoever. I am requesting to be informed of when the deposit refund will be processed and for the matter to be resolved as soon as possible.
