The radio in my 2005 Audi A3 unexpectedly locked itself in "safe" mode and requires a 4-digit code to unlock. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the original catalog or code from the time of purchase. When I contacted Audi’s authorized service in Trabzon, I was shocked to be told that I would need to pay ₺5000 for the code, which I believe should be provided free of charge for such situations.
This is incredibly disappointing for a long-time Audi owner. Charging such a high amount for something as simple as an unlock code feels unreasonable. I request Audi to resolve this issue promptly by providing the code at no cost. A brand of this stature should stand by its customers.
