2021 Seat Arona Xcellence Apple CarPlay Locked—Asking Extra Fee for Activation
I own a 2021 Seat Arona Xcellence, which includes Apple CarPlay (Full Link) as a feature, and I already paid for it when purchasing the vehicle. However, when I tried to use it, the system asked for an activation code, meaning the feature I paid for is locked and unusable.
When I contacted authorized service centers, they demanded an additional activation fee of ₺7,700–₺8,900, which is absolutely ridiculous. Why should I have to pay again for a feature that was already sold with the car? This feels like nothing more than a way to exploit customers.
Seat, I demand immediate activation of the feature without extra charges. Potential buyers beware—this is how Seat treats its customers!
