Audi A3 Sline Sedan 2023 Maintenance Cost is Unreasonably High
On October 23, 2024, I took my Audi A3 Sline Sedan 2023 model with 9,400 km to the authorized service center for maintenance due to an oil change warning. After the service, I was handed an invoice for a total of ₺16,210.31, which I find to be outrageously high for the services provided. I have attached the invoice for reference. These charges are excessive and do not reflect the actual value of the service performed.
I only use authorized service centers to maintain the vehicle's warranty, but this should not mean being forced to pay such exorbitant amounts. Audi must investigate this issue, as it impacts customer trust and satisfaction. I urge the Audi headquarters to intervene and enforce stricter oversight on their distributors to prevent price exploitation. This situation needs immediate attention to ensure fairness for loyal Audi customers.
