Asus ProArt Notebook Sent for Repair, Now Missing, No Resolution
I took my Asus ProArt notebook to the service center due to some unusual noises it was making. They contacted me on March 22nd to inform me that they were unable to resolve the issue and would be returning the computer. Sure, I'm on board.
I reached out to customer service for an update, and they informed me on Monday that the product had been shipped. However, I have yet to receive a tracking number. Upon my follow-up on Tuesday, they assured me that they would provide me with the tracking number. On Wednesday, I received confirmation that the checks were finished and the product would soon be on its way. Today, I discovered that there is a new service record that has been generated by a company called "altargrup," which is unrelated to us.
It's been a while, and I'm completely clueless about the whereabouts of my ₺90,000 computer. I have lost faith in Asus and its authorized service center. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of customer satisfaction and have serious doubts about the competence of their service centers.
I sent my computer to you with the name Yavuz K****. Is there a way to create a new service record for a computer that was repaired and returned by a company called "altargrup"? This level of service is completely unacceptable if the device was returned to you after being with them. I am increasingly concerned about the possibility of someone other than the technical service interfering with the device. I have concerns about the computer I sent, as it was in perfect condition when I shipped it.
In order to address this matter, it is imperative that a replacement device be provided to me. I trust that Asus will address this situation with utmost professionalism. I'm really tired of this never-ending struggle.
