Aspiegel Charged My Account Without Permission—I Want a Refund

Aspiegel has been charging my account without my consent, and I have no idea why. I never authorized these transactions, yet they keep withdrawing money from my account. This is completely unacceptable and feels like an unauthorized transaction or even fraud.

I did not subscribe to any service or agree to any recurring payments. I demand an immediate refund for the money taken from my account. Additionally, Aspiegel must explain why these charges occurred and ensure this does not happen to other users.

Aspiegel, stop charging customers without permission and refund my money now! If this issue is not resolved, I will take further action. Others, check your accounts—this company may be withdrawing money without your knowledge!
