Aspiegel Charging My Credit Card Without Consent – Demanding Full Refund

Aspiegel has been withdrawing money from my credit card without my permission, not once but multiple times. I have no idea how to stop this from happening. When I contacted my bank, they said they couldn’t do anything to help. I am requesting a full refund for all unauthorized charges and want to express my frustration with the financial and emotional toll this has caused. This situation is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt resolution to prevent any further unauthorized transactions.
