Aspiegel withdrew money from my account without my knowledge or consent, and I still don’t know what the charge was for. I never approved any payment or set up an automatic billing instruction related to Aspiegel services. This transaction came completely out of nowhere.
I went to my bank and requested the cancellation of the transaction, but I’m still shocked that such a withdrawal could happen without clear authorization. I have no subscriptions or active services that would justify this deduction.
I demand a full explanation from Aspiegel about why this money was taken and immediate steps for a refund. Unauthorized transactions are a serious issue, and if this isn’t resolved quickly, I will escalate it further. Please respond promptly and fix this.
