Aspiegel Took Money from My Paribu Account Without My Knowledge and Won’t Refund

Aspiegel took 39.99 ₺ from my Paribu account on 11.02.2025 without my knowledge or permission. I was taken aback when I saw the transaction, as I had not authorized any payment, subscription, or purchase. Upon reviewing my transaction history on Paribu, I noticed an unauthorized withdrawal made under the name Aspiegel. I promptly reached out to customer support to address this issue and asked for a refund. Unfortunately, I still haven't received a clear response, and my money remains unreturned. It is completely unacceptable for a company to withdraw funds from a user's account without their permission. This situation has been quite troubling for me, and I anticipate a resolution to my issue soon. I would like to receive my refund at the earliest opportunity, please.
