Thames wall clock I got from you recently came with a few question marks, the frame was supposed to be metal, but it feels more like flimsy tin. Trying to hang it on the wall actually bent it a bit, so now it looks all wonky. Not exactly the elegant look I was going for.I’m not sure but I guess the clock sometimes doesn't work! It's crazy that they only give you 72 hours to report problems, especially since they don't even tell you that upfront! Whether it's giving me all my money back, sending a new clock that actually works, or completely revamping your customer service policies, something needs to happen to make this right.
