Delayed Refund for Faulty Honor Magic Watch 2 Smartwatch From Vodafone

Vodafone has an online store where I bought an Honor Magic Watch 2. The product didn't work right, and an official service report said it couldn't be fixed. This means that a refund should be given. The customer service team at Vodafone's Online Store told me to send this report. I did what they said and sent the report by email. I also talked to them on the phone four times. They told me every time that I'd hear back in three business days. But it's been more than 15 days and Vodafone hasn't done anything. I have no idea why I'm being kept waiting.
