Swatch Won't Care About Watch Replacement due to Dented Frame

November 11, 2023, I got this watch as a gift, and when I checked it out, saw that there was a dent in the frame. So, I tried to exchange it today, but they told me they couldn't do it because it had been a whole week since I bought it. Also, they said that they couldn't fix the problem within the company. I gave you back the watch about a month ago, and it hasn't been replaced yet, given how much time has passed. I want to get it replaced because it had a defect when I received it. If this issue isn't resolved soon, I might have to take it up with the consumer arbitration board. also, clearly, we've noticed your customer satisfaction level isn't quite where we want it to be.
