I recently purchased Argivit Focus syrup from Yazıcı Pharmacy in Ankara, but I was shocked when I opened the bottle for the first time. Inside the syrup, I immediately noticed brown particles floating in the liquid, and the taste was clearly off, which made me decide not to use the product at all. Considering this is a children’s supplement, such contamination is unacceptable and has made me lose confidence in the product’s safety.
What concerns me even more is that the expiration date and batch number printed on the bottle are so faded that they cannot be read properly. This raises serious doubts about the product’s authenticity, traceability, and whether it is still within its safe consumption period. For a product intended for children’s health, clear labeling and quality control should be a top priority.
Since I opened the product on a Saturday evening, I was unable to reach either Argivit customer service or the pharmacy immediately. I am requesting a replacement with a bottle that has a clearly visible expiration date and batch number, and that does not contain any foreign particles inside. I expect urgent action, a clear explanation of how this defect occurred, and assurance that stricter quality checks will be applied to prevent other families from facing the same risk.
