Today, I purchased a bottle of Argivit Focus Syrup from a pharmacy in Yenidoğan, Zeytinburnu for my 11-year-old daughter. The product barcode is 8680618036695, and the expiration date and batch number are 12:26 / 24023035.
When we tried to use the syrup for the first time this evening, we noticed brown particles inside the bottle. At first, we were shocked but uncertain if this was normal. Hesitantly, I still gave my daughter a dose. She immediately said the syrup had a very bad taste. While she has not experienced any health issues so far, I am extremely uneasy and concerned about the safety of this product.
The syrup was brand new, and the defect was visible right after opening the package. Up to now, I have only reported the issue here and have not yet contacted the manufacturer or customer service.
I request a full refund and immediate assistance regarding this product. As a parent, I need assurance that supplements marketed for children are safe, clean, and of proper quality. A product in this condition should never reach consumers.
