I noticed black particles inside the Argivit Focus syrup and became seriously concerned. While using the new bottle today—opened about a week ago—I saw clearly visible black particles in the syrup. The product’s expiration date is 11/2026, and the batch/lot number printed on the bottle is 24023028.
I purchased the product from Haluk Pharmacy in Ankara Eryaman, and seeing such foreign particles in a product I relied on for my child worried me greatly both in terms of health and trust. I want to understand what caused this issue and whether other bottles may pose a similar risk.
I request that Argivit Focus officials conduct a detailed examination of this product, provide written and/or phone feedback, and either replace the bottle with a new one or, if appropriate, accept a return and resolve my grievance.
