Today, I purchased Argivit Focus syrup from Meltem Pharmacy in Ordu, paying ₺600 for the product. As soon as I opened the bottle, I noticed brown particles both on the cap and floating inside the syrup. The batch number is 24023014, and the expiration date clearly states 11/2026, which means the product should still be safe to use.
I immediately reported the issue to the pharmacy, and they advised me to shake the bottle well. I followed their instructions, but the brown particles did not disappear. This raised serious concerns about whether the product might be defective or contaminated. Since this syrup is marketed as a health supplement for children, any visible impurities inside the liquid are unacceptable and alarming.
So far, I have not contacted the manufacturer or customer service. The box also does not include any clear guarantee or refund information. At this point, I demand a detailed explanation about whether these particles pose a health risk. I also expect Argivit to either replace the defective product with a safe alternative or provide a full refund of ₺600. I request urgent clarification and resolution from the company.
