I purchased Argivit syrup from a pharmacy yesterday and have been giving it to my child for the past two days. Unfortunately, shortly after starting the supplement, my child developed severe diarrhea. Before using this product, my child had no digestive issues at all, and during this period, he was not taking any other medication or supplement. This makes it clear that the problem started only after introducing Argivit syrup.
The packaging and expiration date appeared normal, and there were no visible defects on the bottle. However, a children’s health supplement should never cause such a serious side effect. Watching my child experience this condition has been both stressful and concerning for me as a parent.
So far, I have not contacted Argivit customer service, but I am demanding an immediate investigation into this product. I purchased two bottles for a total of ₺1200, and I request a full refund. I also expect the company to thoroughly test this batch and provide a clear explanation of how a product meant to support health could trigger such a harmful reaction.
I urge Argivit to respond quickly, issue the refund, and take corrective action to ensure no other families face the same problem.
