Argivit Immun C Syrup Foamed and Overflowed Like Soda Despite Proper Storage

On July 12, 2025, I purchased a bottle of Argivit Immun C Syrup from the seller Vitamin Paketim on Trendyol. Since I bought it as a spare, I only took it out of the refrigerator on September 2, 2025. From the first day, I stored the syrup in the refrigerator as instructed, and the bottle shows an expiration date of 11/24/2026.

Today, when I shook the bottle and opened it for the first time, it fizzed and foamed intensely like a soda bottle, overflowing everywhere. The taste was also extremely acidic. When I closed and reopened the cap, the exact same issue continued.

I reported the situation to the seller on Trendyol, but the only response I received was that I should have kept the product in the refrigerator. This is unacceptable because I had already stored it in the refrigerator the entire time, yet the product still became defective. The seller showed no real interest and offered no solution.

I am concerned that the product may have spoiled or been compromised and I no longer feel safe consuming it. I request that my issue be resolved through either a replacement product or a full refund of my payment. Customers should not be left with spoiled supplements, especially when they have been properly stored.
