In June, I purchased a bottle of Argivit Focus Syrup from Dermoeczanem. I only opened it three days ago to give it to my child, and immediately I noticed something was not right. The syrup had a strange, unusual taste compared to what I expected, and I also found small brown particles floating inside the liquid. This was alarming and made me question the product’s quality and safety.
Although my child used it for three days without showing any side effects, I stopped giving it immediately after seeing these issues. As a parent, I cannot risk my child’s health with a product that looks and tastes suspicious. It is extremely frustrating to spend money on a supplement that should provide peace of mind, only to be worried about contamination or poor storage conditions.
I am requesting that this product be replaced with a safe and proper one as soon as possible. I also expect the company to investigate how a bottle in this condition could be sold. Customers deserve reliable, safe supplements for their children—not products that cause stress and concern.
