On September 9, 2025, I ordered Argivit Smart Syrup through Trendyol from the seller Dermodies. The product was delivered to me on September 10, 2025. When I opened the bottle that evening to give it to my child, it began to foam heavily. The next morning, I tried again and faced the same issue, with the syrup showing a spoiled appearance.
The packaging had no visible damage or leakage, and the expiration date clearly states 02/2026. I have purchased the same product multiple times in the past and never encountered this kind of problem before. This issue makes the syrup unsafe to use, and I immediately stopped giving it to my child.
I contacted Trendyol customer service, but they suggested that the foaming may have occurred because the bottle was shaken. However, even after multiple attempts, the foaming and spoiled look persisted, which clearly indicates a product defect rather than mishandling.
My order number is 973578727, and I am requesting a full refund for this defective product. I also ask for this matter to be investigated to prevent similar experiences for other consumers.
